What is your previous raid experience:-
In the current expansion, I achieved CE in both Sepultcher (9/11 M - skipped Lihuvim and Halondrus) and Sanctum (10/10 M). I have extensive mythic raiding experience dating back from MoP. I started playing a hunter (Innocentz) achieving 12/12M in SoO. I wanted to continue improving and push for higher progression rankings, so I transferred to Nagrand (Quelm guild) where we achieved top 400 HFC (13/13M), top 500 EN (7/7M) and ToV (3/3M). I took a small break from the game during Nighthold as I was burned out and I returned as balance druid (Vodkaz-Shadowsong) during BfA, where we achieved 11/12M in Nyalotha. In the current expansion, I returned to playing a hunter.

How do you optimise your character:-
I am playing a range hunter (MM & BM) and switch spec depending on the mythic encounter). I am frequently simming my character (raidbots) and sometimes I also use customized APLs to optimally setup my toon for a specific encounter (e.g. Jailer, Rygelon, Anduin). I keep my character up to date (8xM+15s at least per week, farming M+ for specific  trinket/weapon, etc), while Warcraftlogs and Lorrgs provide valuable information about the optimal usage of cds during each encounter.
I also check icy veins class guides (and new wowhead guides by Azor and Tarlo), class discord channels, warcraftlogs, and class specific video footage (twitch and youtube) from each encounter we are progressing.

In the current tier, I have been at New Reunion (Silvermoon) – guild imploded mid-Sepulcher so I joined Inner Sanctum (Budget) to achieve CE. However, with the start of S4, many raiders retired and the quality of raiding in Season 4 has significantly decreased. I left the guild and I am looking for a new environment.

Why do you wish to join Indecisive:-

Just few first mythic bosses. The guild experiences I've had in SL were really frustrating.
I've joined a few guilds and even created my own in 9.0.
My guild was poached, guilds I've joined stopped playing right as I joined them.

How do you optimise your character:-
Do M+
Pray to Jesus I can join a decent guild for raiding
Test and research whatever is best for what type of content I'm doing.

9.0 I started as a goldmaker
Maybe midway I started my own guild. Once it was decently going and we were gonna start mythic, an officer poached the entire roster.
In 9.1 I server transferred to Draenor to join a low level guild. They immediately stopped raiding when it would be my first day trialing.
9.2 I joined as a trial for another low level guild and the roster was falling apart and always had to PUG at least 1-2 people.

Why do you wish to join Indecisive:-
I want to go through all of the raid content at a competitive pace.

I had been raiding since Wotlk up until last raid of Legion. Keeping short

Legion - Was tank for Headhunters did all cotent of legion fully mythic minor seeing boss kills due to work overtime back then.

BFA - Casual pug or helping friends guilds

Shadowlands - Joint friends guild in first tier and didn't do any that well and ended up collapsing. aside from that I've been drifting and pugging.

How do you optimise your character:-
When i was in the mindset I'd be looking at my logs primarily to see where I could get better in for the most part. The standard is knowing the jist of BiS lists and stats as well as consumbles while also checking up on Skyhold discord for any new breaks.

Justice League - From starting raid career in Ulduar until Dragon Soul, only left because after Being in the high ranks after we killed Morchok HC xmas break came and went and raiders never came back.

Sigularis which later merged into Headhunters - From Siege of Orgrimmar until Antorus again similar fashion, I was actually benched from Aggramar onwards as tank because we had a better optimal tank setup with other peoples alts to push for realm first so i sat out for the last two; but by prepatch people had moved off realm burnt out so raid team split.

Why do you wish to join Indecisive:-
I've had an itch to raid since the start of Shadowlands again but both my friends guild and pugging just didn't scratch that itch. I miss the higher level gameplay and the strive to actually be good and high ranked playing with people with the same attitude.

I work alot of hours as i am a chef so I'm use to 40 hours minimum most weeks that being said I will only be able to give you 2 of my days at the most as my shifts will be either 12 hours or evenings.

I know its a longshot as I know currently your looking for ranged dps but was suggested to at least make an application and see what happens.
